Technical Positions

  1. IT Specialist
    Work in the IT department of a growing computer software company. Support medical practice management software and hardware. Knowledge of MSSQL, Windows 2003 Server, and Windows XP Professional helpful. Candidates must be able and ready to learn new software quickly.

  2. Training Specialist
    Train users of GE's Centricity software products.  These include Electronic Medical Records and Practice Management software applications.  This is interesting work for the bright, patient person with all the skills of a teacher.  A qualified candidate will have a clinical or medical office background, preferably in a managerial position.  Experience with Centricity applications preferred but not required. This position requires travel, but the employee can specify the amount.  Employee may live anywhere in the continental US.

  3. Software Training and support

  4. Medical Billing Specialist
    Primary responsibilities include reviewing, monitoring, and filing insurance claims.  Employee will work electronic claims reports and assist with patient billing inquiries.  Other duties include posting charges and payments when necessary and posting and retrieving electronic remittance.  A qualified candidate will have working knowledge of CPT and ICD9 coding and experience in medical billing.

  5. Application Developer
    Primary duties include developing and maintaining custom applications; developing, customizing, and maintaining reports; and performing customer data conversions.  A qualified candidate will have experience with MS SQL server, Great Plains/Microsoft Business Solutions, Dot Net, C#, and Crystal Reports. ANSI 837, accounting knowledge, and/or medical software experience is a plus.  Candidate must be detail-oriented and able to learn new computer technologies quickly.

Sales Position

  1. Salesperson - Physician Office Software (PM & EMR)
    We are looking for several people to help us expand our sales and marketing efforts over our principal area of business. We are exclusive resellers to small practices in TN, MS, LA, AR, and MO for GE Healthcare's Centricity Physician Office software.
     
    Duties include developing new client base within designated territory; maintaining existing client relationships; working with internal and external contacts to improve client satisfaction; working a consultative sales process; maintaining a significant pipeline; traveling; demonstrating products effectively; and bringing in corporate resources as needed.
     
    Candidates need to have at least three years experience selling competitive Practice Management systems and/or EMR systems to doctor’s offices or equivalent experience and a college degree in sales, marketing, accounting, healthcare administration, or nursing. We are looking for people with proven track records.
